Inquire

The inquiry form is the first step in the admissions process. If you are a family intending to apply for multiple children, please only complete one inquiry form for one of your children. Do not fill out an inquiry form for each child, and do not include multiple children on a single inquiry form. One submission starts the process in our system, and once the inquiry is processed and you log in to continue the process, you will have the opportunity to apply for additional children. Following this workflow will prevent you from having to enter the same information multiple times. Once you are in the system and have applied for an additional child, much of the information will auto-populate on the form since it is already in the system.

If you are an existing SMCDS family or SMCDS Faculty member looking to apply for your child, please do not complete this form. Log in to Blackbaud (https://smcds.myschoolapp.com/), navigate to the Resource Board, and choose the Apply tile.
