Athletics

In addition to our Health & Wellness curriculum, students in grades five through eight are required to participate in at least one season of a team sport and interscholastic games. 

Our athletics program promotes physical and mental wellness. In addition to athletic skills, our students gain social-emotional skills that transfer over into other areas of students’ lives. 

Through participating in team sports, students gain understanding about the importance of good sportsmanship and working as a team.

They learn how to celebrate wins and handle losses, make quick decisions, and experience how dedication and practice lead to growth. 

Sport options offered are:

Fall: Soccer, Run Club

Winter: Basketball, Squash

Spring: Lacrosse, Cross Country
